Bigger and Better Urban Decay Eyeshadow Potion

In answer to request from fans and professional make-up artist alike, Urban Decay created Eyeshadow Primer Potion Professional Size.  A bigger and better version of the now cult classic product.

It's the same amazing formula that beauty addicts went gaga over in a more convenient squeeze tube.  This means no more wand applicator making this new product more hygienic to use.  Now, you can also squeeze out the product to the very last drop.  So yey to us cheapoholics!  More value for our hard earned cash.

Speaking of value, the UDPP Professional Size contains 150% more primer than the original bottle at 25 mL and retails at $29 (approx. Php1,392).  For more details visit the Urban Decay website.

Gone are days where you have to slice open a bottle of UDPP to depot the remaining product.  I heard or rather read, is dangerous because some of the powder from the bottle gets mixed into the product and may cause blindness.

Hmmm...if only Urban Decay is available here in the Philippines.  In the meantime, another product in my beauty wish list.

I Heart Urban Decay Hearts NYC Palette

I saw this on Facebook and to say that it's so fabulous is an understatement.  Though a lot of the colors in this palette are included in the Book of Shadows I and II and Alice in Wonderland palettes, I still badly want this one.  UD Hearts NYC also includes 24/7 Eyeliner Pencils in Zero and Ransom and UD Primer Potion.

I heart!  I heart!

This palette will be available on October 1.  For those who can't wait that long Urban Decay will have a sneak peek event on August 28 at Sephora in Times Square, where 1,000 pieces of babies will be sold.  Check out their event invitation on Facebook.  Lucky duckies!

Dear Santa, I promise to be nice from here on, just let me have this for Christmas.  Please...pretty please.

Palette Obsession

I chanced upon my latest palette obsession while indulging in my guilty pleasure of the moment a.k.a. You Tube make up tutorials.

The Best of Both Worlds Palette  by yaby Cosmetics, a Canadian cosmetics company developed by make up artist Liz Yu. This palette contains forty of the most popular eyeshadow colors of the company.

Ain't that pretty?

Check out the swatches from MakeUpByCrystals.

Available at yabycosmetics.com for $120.  Yikes!  Expensivo for a cheapo like me.  But if you do the math $120 for 40 colors boils down to $3 dollars per color or Php150, not bad if you think about it, pwede na.  Not (yet) available here though, so I'll just continue drooling over this pretty baby.

My Wishlist

I heard somewhere me that if you list down your dream and wishes, eventually it will come true.  My birthday is in a few days so I came up with a wish list divided it into four categories.  Friends and family, hint...hint...hint.

1. Dream On
The birthday girl can dream.  Libre naman ang mangarap.

Hermes Birkin
A constant fixture on my wish list, the HG of it bags.

LV Damier Ebene MM
I'm not an LV person but I love tote bags. Totes don't get any more straight forward than this.

A designer (preferably Christian Louboutin or Manolo Blahnik) patent black pumps.
Definitely a classic that I can use for a long time.

13" Macbook Pro
A friend asked me "bakit gusto mo ng Mac di ka naman techie?"  Wala lang, ang ganda kasi.

DSLR Camera
For better camwhoring moments.

2. Books
I love books!  Unfortunately, all of my books perished during the wrath of Ondoy and I've been heartbroken since.  I guess now is the right time to start a new collection.

Anything by  Haruki Murakami
After The Wind Up Bird Chronicle, I'm officially hooked.
(image: www.designrelated.com)

All Quiet on the Western Front by Erich Remarque
The last book I was reading before Ondoy.  I never got past chapter 2 and I can't find a copy.

I like Ayn Rand, loved  The Fountainhead but I just never got around reading this.

Noli Me Tangere Penguin Classic Edition
Gusto ko lang mabasa 'to sa English.

The Sookie Stackhouse Series by Charlaine Harris
I like vampire lit, I'm a fan of True Blood (I just wish there were less humping scenes) and I heard good reviews about this.

Anything by J.R.R. Tolkien
The Lord of the Rings (trilogy) is one of my favorite books and J.R.R. Tolkien rocks!  I want a to replace my copy of The Lord of the Rings and then some more.

Band of Brothers DVD
Just one of may favorite war stories.

3.Kikay Stuff

Coastal Scents 78 Piece Make Up Palette
Nyx Make Up Set S101
Thanks to You Tube make up gurus, I've rediscovered my interest in make up.  Palettes (that won't leave a dent on your pocket) are a great way to experiment with different looks.

Preferably with shopping money.

Obsessing

Multiply marketplace is the new porn, for me anyway. There's just so much to see.  It's like shopping at a safe distance.  Thank goodness!

Like most girls, I love shoes so I usually zero in on websites that offer shoes.  Here are some drool worthy pairs from online sellers that I'm obsessing on.

From Renegade Folk
Heaven indeed...
I'm loving the details

I already have a pair of Renegade Folk shoes and they're quite comfortable, as comfortable as any 4 1/2 heels can be.  Transaction is as easy as 1-2-3.  I just went to their website, filled out the form, paid at BDO, texted them for confirmation and after two days my order arrived.

Aren't these the cutest?
These look super comfy and they have a waiting list.
Super nice color
 Ooohhlala...

Hay so many shoes...so little budget.

Keeping My Fingers Crossed

Yay!  I finally have a new copy of Preview's July Issue with Gretchen Barretto on the cover.

I'm not really into joining contests, but how can I resist a Chanel bag?!

So I'm keeping my fingers crossed in the hope that the fashion gods smile upon me and listen to my heart which says "Chanel...Chanel...Chanel."
